THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM: The Ambition to Impact Gap
It's no surprise sustainability remains a top strategic priority — and this attention has led to a 102% increase in the number of companies with SBTi targets. Yet, despite this momentum, there's a growing gap between stated decarbonization targets and actual achievements: only 9% of the Global Fortune 500 are making progress. With 2030 targets just five years away, what must businesses do now to move beyond ambition and drive real impact?
